    • Thanks
Though… their editor doesn’t accept many o the colours or tags I’ve used in the file so some things are aligned to the left instead of the centre. other things don’t get enough space. etc.
But, it looks decent enough 😉

Thank you and the “calisthenics works” site for giving me a routine i can do without going to a gym. A gym is not an option for me right now and I am really appreciative of this. Anyway, here is the routine (muscle building) i constructed looking at this and the calisthenics works site, are there any body parts I am not hitting.
    Pull-Ups 4×6
    Typewriter Pushups 4×6
    Bulgarian Split Squat 4×8-10
    Calf Raises 4×8-10
    Chin-Up 4×8-10
Wall Handstand Pushups 4×15 (was too hard will switch to pike press?)
One-legged Diamond Pushups 4×15 (arms were too sore from pushups not sure what to switch to any help?)

This was monday’s workout the rep ranges will obviously switch around, but are there any muscles or muscle groups im not hitting? Any exercises i should incorporate? Also i can’t to a wall handstand pushup, not a regular handstand pushup, but doing them off the wall or even getting set up against a wall was too challenging. What should I do?
    Thanks for your time. 🙂
